Design & Consultation
If you are considering
installing a swimming pool or spa a designer from Caribbean Creations can come evaluate the area of construction. We will
want your vision of the area and what you ultimately want to achieve. After we get an idea of what you are looking to achieve
we will put together a site plan for your project. Many things are addressed at this point including access, equipment locations,
utility runs, and future plans for the area. Additionally, for commerical projects we will talk about Health Department Criteria
to make sure all codes are fully complied with.
Construction
After the design
has been finalized and all contracts have been signed we will begin construction. The length of construction will vary from
job to job but a good time frame to plan on is 2-3 months. More basic projects will be finished sooner and the more complicated
projects can take longer. Commercial projects are really based around the General Contractors time frame to ensure the overall
project is going according to schedule.
Remodeling
The great thing about a gunite or shotcrete
swimming pool or spa is that they typically keep their structural integrity for decades. The asthetic components and equipment
will not make it near as long as the shell itself so that is where remodeling comes into play. This can be a great time to
breathe new life into your existing pool or spa. When you replace tile, plaster, and coping the result is a new swimming pool
for the owners. When remodeling a pool we also examine the shell and plumbing to try to find problems that the owner may not
know about. This helps to prevent future work after you have spent your money to make it new again. Caribbean Creations offers
complete renovation packages for residential and commerical pools and spas.
Service
Caribbean
Creations offers several different service packages for residential and commerical pools and spas. You can choose to have
us come by twice a year to open your pool and winterize your pool or we can be there twice a week to ensure it is crystal
clear everytime you want to jump in. Packages range in price and are bid only, we will need to see your pool or spa before
giving you a price for a service package. We also can replace individual components for your pool or spa. Pumps, filters,
heaters, pool covers, spa covers, and chemicals are all items Caribbean Creations can provide for you.
